A Child's Voice

The Straight and Narrow

Straight and Narrow

Stanley Earnest Hemlock Gimwood
Went to town striving to be good.
Set his clock by the tower
As the good should –
And never did he stray
From his straight and narrow way.
Each and always everyday
All he'd do is:
Teeter-totter
Teeter-totter
Teeter tot all day
